UI/UX designer /developer
Chicago, Illinois - Contract Role

TECHEAD is seeking a UI/UX designer/developer to join our team. As a UI/UX designer /developer your tasks will include but may not be limited to:

Qualifications:
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking abilities
• Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Possesses and applies broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of the field of specialization to the completion of assignments
• Experience with Agile software development methodology
• Demonstrates strong continuous software development capabilities
• Strong knowledge of modern enterprise-grade programming application languages, open source stacks, and/or UI best practices)
• Strong knowledge of modern database languages

Education and Experience:
• Coursework in computer science/web design and/or professional certification in related technology
• 3-5 years of direct work related experience 

Responsibilities: 
• Experience developing UX, mockups, wireframes for websites and applications using user-centric design techniques.
• User Interface Development using HTML, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
• Build UI for new web applications and support existing web applications
• Experience with Angular and React preferred.
• Experience with responsive design (for mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Effectively communicate with customers and product analysts to understand business needs and translate requirements into visual design and mockups to deliver interactive, modern, and friendly user experience.
• Partner with customers and product analysts to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
• Experience developing UX, mockups, wireframes for websites and applications. Proficiency in developing front-end using HTML, Bootstrap, CSS3, and JS. 
• Experience with responsive design for mobile, tablet, desktop.
• User Experience Development, Mockups, Wireframes, Visual Design.
• User Interface Development using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and JavaScript.
• Build UI for new web applications and support existing web applications.
• Agile, Result Driven, Customer focused, Collaborative culture.
• Must be able to work with a team to deliver stories committed to agile sprints.
