TECHEAD is looking to hire a ISP/OSP Junior to be part of our growing US CYBER WORKFORCE division. This is a Two (2) Year contract on-site with our Federal Client. Must work well in a team environment. Be self-managed, and be able to communicate clearly on all operations. Excellent opportunity for US Armed Forces Reservist and recent US Vet. The selected qualified candidate will be responsible for providing services in connection with the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN). NGEN is the acquisition approach designed to provide network services to support the Department of the Navy’s intranet system, one of the largest in the world.
ISP/OSP Junior to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Under immediate supervision, monitor the infrastructure and network, responding appropriately to alerts and events. Respond to incidents from triage through resolution, including escalations, where appropriate. Respond to infrastructure repairs, including directing remote activities to maintain operational effectiveness for services. Provide root cause analysis documentation in accordance with Government procedures. Provide data center support where appropriate. Document daily shift activities in appropriate reporting and ticketing tools and ensure proper pass down of any outstanding issues. Provide incident notification to Government representatives. Two to four (2â€4) years of experience required. Possess a Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) Network+, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification for Enterprise Services. Preferred Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification for Transport Services. Certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01â€M Information Assurance Technician Level (IAT) Level II.
