TECHEAD | Senior Business Analyst
TECHEAD is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a (Title) your tasks will include but may not be limited to:
- This position is responsible for support, enhancement and implementation of software application used within our organization.
- Incumbent will identify opportunities to leverage technologies in areas that improve and enhance the business practices by designing and Implementing application/product enhancements.
- Works with and is a liason to customer and end-users, appropriate IT personnel and software vendors on a regular basis to align technology functionality to operational processes
- Required Education - Bachelor's degree of any sort, preferably business.
- Experience: 3 years Business Analyst experience.
- Skills: communication, complex Problem solving, operational analysis and some light project management
- 2 years of experience with Insurance and primarily the Healthcare industry.
