Enterprise Service Desk Specialist Jr(s) and Mid(s)

TECHEAD is looking to hire multiple (10 open positions) Enterprise Service Desk Specialist Jr(s) and Mid(s) to be part of our growing Government Service Team. This is a Three (3) Year contract on-site with our Federal Client .

Must work well in a team environment. Be self-managed, and be able to communicate clearly on all operations. Excellent opportunity for US Armed Forces Reservist and recent US Vet.

Responsibilities:
The selected qualified candidate will be responsible for providing services in connection with the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN). NGEN is the acquisition approach designed to provide network services to support the Department of the Navy’s intranet system, one of the largest in the world. An overview of the duties and responsibilities include:

• Under general supervision, conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk, execute scripts, answer calls, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical issues, open and close tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services. One (1) year experience in IT required including at least one (1) year of customer service experience in IT. Certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01‐M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II.

Must Have: CompTIA Security+ and CCNA

Experience: 1 to 4 years of IT experience required.  

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Salary: Based on Experience
