TECHEAD is looking to hire multiple (4) Enterprise Service Desk Specialists to be part of our growing US CYBER W0RKF0RCE division. This is a Three (2) Year contract on-site with our Federal Client. Must work well in a team environment. Be self-managed, and be able to communicate clearly on all operations. Excellent opportunity for US Armed Forces Reservist and recent US Vet.

Enterprise Service Desk Specialist - Mid
Location: Camp Lejeune NC

Summary: This position’s primary role will be a Help Desk Technician servicing a large scale Enterprise network.  You will be part of a Team of Network Technicians and Engineers. This network includes Desktop Environments, Software products, Cisco, Aruba, Brocade, Juniper, Riverbed and McAfee network devices to include Routers, Switches, Access Points, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Virtual Private Networks (VPN) and WAN Accelerators. 
 
Responsibilities: Under general supervision, conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk, execute scripts, answer calls, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical issues, open and close tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.  One (1) year experience in IT required including at least one (1) year of customer service experience in IT.  Certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01‐M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II.
 
Experience: 1 Year of IT experience required.  
US Citizen: Required. Must have Current Clearance.
Education: GED or HS
Skills Needed: CompTIA Security+ CE
Salary: $21.11 HR
