IT Service Delivery Rep – Mid 50 % travel Required

- Experience deploying and administrating Aruba OS 6.x

-Experience working within Master/Local high availability environment

-  Experience Creating AP Groups, configuring the basic hierarchical profiles required within these groups and provisioning newly deployed APs

- Proficiency in AOS CLI (Re-naming APs, viewing and interpreting AP database and flags, viewing and interpreting logs, etc.)

- Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting

- Understanding of Aruba controller discovery – specifically DHCP based discovery

- Familiarity with console level access to APs/controllers

- Experience interconnecting Aruba devices to multi-vendor (Cisco, Brocade, etc.) upstream network devices and creating/modifying port-level configurations as needed

- Experience with ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM)

o Configuring Radius Authentication Services

o Understanding of EAP-TLS certificate based authentication method

o Ability to diagnose authentication failures within CPPM

- Experience with AirWave 8.2.x

o Configuring SNMPv3

o Creating Groups/Folders

o Managing new/existing devices

o Creating VisualRF Campuses, Buildings and Floorplans

o Creating/running/exporting custom reports

USN WLAN:

- All of the above with the exception of CPPM skills

- Experience conducting WLAN physical site surveys (Ekahau highly preferred)

- Firm grasp of WLAN design leveraging Aruba 320/270 series APs

Salary: $29.00 HR
Location: Newport, RI (NWPT)
Experience: Three to Five (3‐5) years of experience required.
Education:  Education: A Background Information Technology field or a related technology field is highly desirable. Other evidence of intellectual, technical, business accomplishments, and related technology leadership experiences will be considered.
