TECHEAD is looking to hire a Senior Cyber Security Specialist Senior to be part of our growing US CYBER W0RKF0RCE
This is a Three (2) Year contract on-site with our Federal Clients in New Orleans, LA

Requirements:

Under broad direction, operate and manage all aspects of Information Systems (IS), data availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and non‐repudiation. Implement and monitor security measures for communication systems, networks, and provide advice that systems and personnel adhere to established security standards and Governmental requirements for security on these systems. Develop and execute Government approved security policies, plans, and procedures; design and implement data network security measures; operate Network Intrusion Detection and Forensics; conduct performance analysis of IS security incidents; develop COOP/DR plans and support certification of IS and Networks. Supervise operation of Electronic Key Management System, other information security duties, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Operate Host Based Security System (HBSS), firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, other point of presence security tools, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and related security operations. Certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01‐M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level III.

 
“This KEY person needs to be heavy on the networking side of the house. OSI Level  2-4 type of work… routers, switching, IOS/configuration, Cisco/ Juniper/Brocade, added bonus if they’ve had any experience keying crypto in the past. For the networking side it’s not just a knowledge, they need to be proficient at that discipline for this position.”

Experience: Ten plus (5+) years of IT experience required.  

Clearance: S/TS or Higher

US Citizen: Required

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Better
 
Skills Needed: CompTIA Security + CE or CISSP, CASP, CISA, GSE, SCNA, GCIH
