Mortgage Insurance Reviewer

6 – 12 Month Contract

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE U.S. WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP.

TECHEAD is seeking a Mortgage Insurance Reviewer to join our team. As a Mortgage Insurance Reviewer your tasks will include but may not be limited to:

Must Haves:

-someone recently left the company and are making some shifts over the next 6 months

-attention to detail

-ability to look up information in home-grown applications

-validate requests

-familiar with outlook - where requests will come in

-see email and determine what to do next with that loan

-go into home-grown applications and then follow up regarding loan

-closing out requests

-basic understanding of excel - will format spreadsheet based on process and upload into application

-processing 2,000-3,000 requests (per month)

-Excel spreadsheet - (50-100 times per month)

-strong team dynamic

-drive in the team environment - asked to do other things as comfort level picks up

-customer interface

-follow through and communication

-okay with sitting all day and doing a very repetitive task

-1 other person who is primary has shifted over to another team so this individual will be the primary go to for this role

-heads down role/attention to detail

Training

-have simplified the process and made some recent updates

-manager just put together an SOP

-should be comfortable asking questions

-sit down and work over 2-3 days and then from there being comfortable asking questions

-fairly easy task to pick up over a few days - diligent enough to take notes and understand how to move forward if happens again

Plusses

-mortgage industry experience

-great typing skills

Previous roles experience?

-previous experience in this role is not needed

-some mortgage background and terminology would be helpful

-willing to learn and do a repetitive role and retain that knowledge

-constantly keying in numbers - comfortable with numbers and keying in accurately
